Water is not boring,its so good for you.










                                                                                             
                                                                                           
                                                                                      
Today I wanted to talk about water.Because water is soo,soo,soooo good for you and your body.
Water cleans out your body,it makes it healthier form inside to outside.
When you will cut out any fizzy drinks and replaced it with water,you will feel the difference in a click.

Soo I wanted to share some  benefits of drinking water.
  

  • Helps lose weight
  • Natural remedy for headache
  • Better Productivity
  • Easier Digestion
  • Less crams and sprains
  • Less likely to get sick
  • Relieves Fatigue
  • Increase metabolism (cold water)
  • Gets you healthier skin



And at the end of the day  it flushes out our systems of
waste products and toxins.


So dont say water dont do no good no bad,and is mostly not boring
I mean look how many things a water can do.


I personally drink a bottle (in the pic ) like 4 or 5 (0,75 l ) of these a day and I 
feel and see the difference.I have less acne or pimples,I have lot more energy during
the day.



So drink water and stay beautyful... :)

A bit of what Im gonna post and do here..

Hello,so as my you now,my name is Emily.I wanted to write about what really am I gonna write.
Soo,here is some examples...


  • I am a person who loooves clothes shops,I just think that clothes shops are so cool,cause there u can get so many unique clothes and even shoes.So I think Im gonna post some photos of cool,cute stuff that I have gotten in the shop and from what brands the clothes are.



  • I love make up,I just think make up cant do bad for u,I personally use full face make up,but really light,like BB cream and that jazz.Soo I can also make some beauty favorites.


Here u go  2 examples of what I really love :D But I also gonna write about keeping yourself healthy,in shape and some exercises that I do.I like to make OOTD,so i think I should post some of those but just outfits of the week,soo u can check on easily.
